The here described systems are equipped with VIRELUX proprietary "PLS" light boxes "LB". They feature a dedicated, sinusoidal profile light emission, improving operator ergonomy as well as visual accuracy.
Explanation: small defects are more visible in grey level transition zones, than in stepped profile lighting, resulting as such in reduced operator movements. This generally translates to higher detection rates, and lower operator fatigue effects.

The corner audit station is designed for the inspection of a few different bodywork elements, including a larger part of the vehicle’s roof. The reduced footprint of the equipment allows for installation in smaller workshops.

Full Tunnel LBM - 50 LB's
The system designed with a supporting frame, is equipped with 50 independent, PLS type LBM’s.
The overall working area under the system has an approximative 5.000 x 7.500 mm. The equipment is mounted on a longitudinal base profile, bolted on adjustable footings, onto the concrete shopfloor.
At both ends, front and rear, the roof panels are equipped with flaps, enabling angular adjustment of 3 LBM rows in accordance with the vehicle length / geometry to be inspected.
The clearance is ~3m from the floor, adapted to big sized vehicles or SUV’s.

Full Tunnel system PLS
System consisting of 9 tunnel shaped PLS light boxes. The overall working area under the system has an approximative 5.500 x 7.600 mm. The equipment is mounted on a longitudinal base profile, bolted on adjustable footings, onto the concrete shopfloor.
The adopted tunnel shape features non disruptive and fully continuous reflection lines on the vehicle body.
The clearance to the both sides of the vehicle is adapted to leave enough space for more operators to move around, or even to enable them working directly on spot on the body work. The clearance above the vehicle, ~3m from the floor, is adapted to big sized vehicles or SUV’s.
